Do I need to speak Chinese or know any Chinese suppliers to use your service?
Not at all. That's the point. You brief us in English (or your language) on what you need, and we handle all communication with suppliers and local helpers in Chinese. You never need to contact a supplier directly unless you want to.
What happens if the inspection or sample comes back unsatisfactory?
You don't proceed — and you don't pay the production balance. If you've paid a sourcing deposit, we work with you to find an alternative supplier or negotiate a revision at no additional facilitation cost. Your funds in escrow are never released until you approve.
How long does a typical sourcing order take?
For a first order with a new supplier, expect 45–75 days from inquiry to delivery — including sourcing (1 week), sampling (2–3 weeks), production (3–5 weeks), and shipping (1–3 weeks depending on destination). Repeat orders with established suppliers typically run 30–45 days.
Can you handle very large orders — like 20 vehicles or 10,000 units of product?
Yes. Large orders are where our payment infrastructure and on-the-ground presence deliver the most value. We scale our oversight accordingly — multiple inspection visits, milestone-based payment releases, and dedicated coordination for complex shipments.
Is BorderFlow Trade connected to your relocation settlement business?
Yes — and that's a feature, not a footnote. Our settlement infrastructure (cross-border payments, escrow, FX management) was built for relocation services and is now the backbone of our trade payment layer. You benefit from two years of operational refinement.
How does the warehouse matching service work?
You submit an inquiry with your requirements — target region, space needed, services required, budget, and move-in date. We match you against our vetted warehouse network and make a warm introduction within 48 hours. From there, you negotiate directly with the warehouse. We stay involved to facilitate the introduction and ensure the match is right for both sides.
Is the warehouse matching service really free for businesses?
Yes. We charge the warehouse a success fee when we place a client with them — not you. From your side, the matching, introduction, and negotiation support are all free. There are no hidden fees on the client side.
