The short version
BorderFlow's Refer & Earn program pays introducers a share of BorderFlow's fee when a client they refer signs and BorderFlow is paid. It covers four services: Settle (housing for professionals relocating to Europe), Trade (verified sourcing from China, Southeast Asia, Africa and Brazil), Warehouse (matching sellers with vetted UK and EU warehouses) and Invest (European property acquisition, currently Budapest).
- Who can apply
- Freight forwarders, customs brokers, sourcing and inspection agents, seller community admins, relocation consultants, community leaders, past clients, and immigration or property advisers.
- You are paid
- When the client signs and BorderFlow receives its fee. Never for leads or clicks.
- Payment timing
- Within 14 days of BorderFlow receiving its fee.
- Credit window
- 90 days from first contact. 12 months for Invest.

- Within 24 hours.

What to send, and when you are paid
Four pillars, one referral code. Apply for the ones that fit the people you work with.
Someone moving to Munich, Berlin, Vienna, Nice, Amsterdam or Budapest.
Their city and move-in date.
When the lease is signed and the client has paid us. A share of our service fee.
A buyer sourcing from China, Southeast Asia, Africa or Brazil.
The product and origin country.
When the order proceeds and we receive our sourcing or escrow fee. A share of that fee.
A seller who needs a UK or EU warehouse for FBA prep, fulfilment or returns.
Their SKU count and destination.
When the seller signs with a vetted warehouse and the warehouse pays our fee. A fixed fee per signed deal.
A buyer looking at European property, currently in Budapest.
Their market, budget and purpose: hold, live in, or operate.
At closing, once we have received our fee.Invite-only while we pilot. Tell us who you advise in the application.
The rules, in plain terms
- Paid on signed, paid deals only. We pay within 14 days of receiving our fee.
- You are credited when the person names you or uses your code, and signs within 90 days of first contact. For Invest the window is 12 months. The first documented referrer wins.
- Tell the person you refer that you receive a referral fee. We say so on our own pages as well.
- Do not promise outcomes, prices or approval on our behalf.
- We still say no to poor-fit cases, and we tell you when we do.
- No self-referrals or invented leads. Either one ends the arrangement without payment.

Questions
How does the BorderFlow referral program work?
You apply, receive a personal referral code, and send us the details of someone who needs Settle, Trade, Warehouse or Invest. If the person signs and BorderFlow is paid, we share part of our fee with you within 14 days. You are never paid for leads or clicks.
Who can become a referrer?
Anyone who regularly meets people crossing borders: freight forwarders, customs brokers, sourcing and inspection agents, seller community admins, relocation consultants, community leaders, past clients, and immigration or property advisers. Invest referrals are invite-only during the pilot.
When do I get paid?
Within 14 days of BorderFlow receiving its fee on the deal you referred.
How do you know the introduction came from me?
You get a personal code and link. The person you refer either uses it or names you, and we log the date of first contact. The referral counts if they sign within 90 days, or 12 months for Invest. The first documented referrer wins.
Do I have to tell the person I refer that I am paid?
Yes. Tell them you receive a referral fee. It does not change what they pay or what we recommend.
I work in HR or global mobility. Can I apply?
We do not pay individual employees for steering relocations. We offer employers a company arrangement instead. Contact us and mention your company.
What if the person I refer is not a fit?
We decline cases we cannot serve well, and we tell you so you can point them elsewhere.
How is this different from the Partners pages?
Partners deliver the service on the ground: local settlement partners, helpers in China and warehouse operators. Referrers introduce clients. You can be both.
