Our principles

Five things we ask of each other

Applies across all BorderFlow pillars: Settle, Invest, Trade and Warehouse.

1

Commitment Deposit

For advance bookings and new-market requests, we may ask for a refundable Commitment Deposit to reserve partner time. The amount and refund rules are shown before you sign.

2

Clear communication

We ask clients to respond within a reasonable time. If a client is unresponsive for 72 hours, or for 24 hours on direct messages during an active service, we may pause or end the service.

3

Trust Infrastructure record

In cases of serious non-engagement, such as repeated disappearance after booking, repeated scope changes with no commitment, or non-payment, we may record the case in our internal Trust Infrastructure database and decline future services across all BorderFlow pillars (Settle, Invest, Trade and Warehouse).

4

What we store

An alias, a pseudonymised identifier, the reason, and a summary of evidence. We delete direct contact details. Records are reviewed regularly and kept for a limited period.

5

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or object to your record, or appeal a decision, by contacting us. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in protecting our partners and the quality of our services.
