Is it really free to list?

Yes. There's no listing fee and no monthly subscription required. We only charge a one-time success fee when we successfully place a client with you and a lease agreement is signed. If we don't place anyone, you pay nothing.

How many clients can I expect?

This depends on your location, available space, services, and pricing. In high-demand locations like Rotterdam or Los Angeles, we expect to make 2–4 qualified introductions per month. We're transparent about demand levels in your area during the vetting call.

Do I need to speak Chinese?

No. BorderFlow provides bridging support for initial introductions and negotiations. That said, warehouses with Mandarin-speaking staff consistently receive higher match rates β€” it's the top filter Chinese clients apply when choosing a warehouse.

What if a client doesn't work out after placement?

Once the lease is signed and the success fee is paid, the ongoing relationship is between you and the client directly. We stay available as a communication bridge if issues arise, but the commercial terms of the lease are between you and the client.

Can I be listed across multiple BorderFlow regions?

If you operate warehouses in multiple locations, yes β€” each location can be listed separately. We match clients to specific locations, not warehouse companies, so each facility is evaluated and listed independently.

How is this different from a regular 3PL directory?

We're not a directory. We do active matching β€” we understand each client's specific requirements and only introduce them to warehouses that fit. You don't get a flood of low-quality leads. You get a small number of pre-qualified introductions where both sides already know there's a fit before the first conversation.
