We understand you want to test the partnership before committing long-term. That's why we start with a pilot program:
We send you 2-3 qualified clients. You execute, we both evaluate fit and quality.
If pilot goes well, we increase volume and formalize long-term partnership.
Consistent volume based on your capacity and performance. You focus on execution, we bring the clients.
Exit Terms:
Either party can end the partnership with 7 days notice during the pilot. After formalization, 30 days notice. We want partners who want to be here.

We start with 2-3 clients in the pilot month to test fit. If successful, we scale to 5-10 clients/month based on your capacity and our demand. Volume grows as the partnership matures.
You only get paid for successful settlements. If a client has unrealistic expectations or market conditions make their requirements impossible, we work together to manage expectations or acknowledge it's not viable. You're not penalized for market constraints.
Within 7 days of verified successful settlement (signed lease + move-in confirmation + client sign-off). Payment via bank transfer or agreed method.
We provide simple case tracking and communication tools to make coordination easier. You don't need to change your existing workflow — we adapt to what works for you while maintaining quality standards.
Full case management, client communication coordination, milestone check-ins, dispute resolution, payment processing, and quality monitoring. You're not working alone — we're a team.
