A BorderFlow local helper is an independent person or small team in Asia who works task by task for overseas buyers. They visit suppliers and factories, check products and packaging, coordinate samples and send photo, video and written reports. Every helper listed below has been reviewed and approved by BorderFlow. Listed helpers are currently in mainland China, and we are expanding to Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia and Taiwan.

Why are helpers listed by ID and not by name?

To protect helpers' privacy. Names, contact details, employers and websites are never published. Each helper has a unique ID such as LH-GZ-001. When your inquiry is matched, BorderFlow introduces you to the helper.

How does matching work?

Send us your product, city, task type and target date. We match your inquiry with helpers using the information they submitted when they applied, such as city, product experience, languages and availability. Once a match is found, we contact you.

Which regions and cities do you cover?

Helpers are currently listed in Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Yiwu and Shenyang in mainland China, and Dongguan and Foshan are covered by a Guangdong-based helper. We are recruiting in Shanghai, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia and Taiwan, and Chengdu is coming soon. Some helpers can travel to nearby cities when the buyer covers transport costs.

Are local helpers licensed inspectors?

No. They are independent contractors who follow a written checklist and report what they see. They do not provide engineering design, product-compliance sign-off or certified third-party inspection unless a helper's qualifications for that exact scope are confirmed in writing.

How much does a local helper cost?

Fees are set per task and depend on scope, location and travel. Tell us your product, city and task, and we confirm a fee in the written brief before work starts.

How do I become a listed local helper?
